  The service was good and staff was courteous. We checked-in earlier by around 90 minutes with no questions asked. Room was clean and relaxing with wooden floor and spacious washroom. Facilities such as computer, microwave, safe and fridge helped the family. Finally, the multiple juice and coffee machine was available all day round for free.

  It might be the location that is 15 minutes from old Quebec. However, it was not a big issue as we wanted to save.

  I likedd the fact it was in an area with quick access to the hwy into quebec city aand was a nice quiet hotel.

  I was very dissapointed with the hotel cleanliness. They didn't even change the outside garbage bags for more than one day despite them overflowing.when I called the front desk and asked them why they didn't change the dirt bedsheets they told me" it only gets changed when new lodgers come in". I guess they thought I was staying for free. I would never go back here. I would suggest you pay the extra few dollars and stay downtown.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge, with much needed air conditioning. We had a refridgerator and microwave and two comfortable chairs, plus there was a desktop computer and keyboard, as well as free WiFi in the room. The room was spotless and serviced every day. There was free parking and it was about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Quebec. We didn't feel like eating out on the first night and we were able to purchase frozen dinners to heat in our room. There was also free juice, water, tea and coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. We also took advantage of the free washing machine and dryer. An excellent hotel.

  We liked everything, although it would have been good to be able to eat in a restaurant at the hotel. There was no restaurant or even snacks at the bar. The reception did supply a map and addresses of a number of restaurants in the area, but these all required using the car to drive for 5 - 10 minutes. There were no restaurants nearby. There was also a choice of frozen meals to purchase and heat. The shuttle bus into the old town only left at 8.35am and returned at about 4.30pm. Had it run more frequently all day we would have used it.

  Good value hotel in close proximately to old Quebec city (about 3 miles away). Free internet with computers in the room was very helpful. Free daily breakfast was great as it saved alot of time when travelling with kids.

  It was amazing. My children loved it. They said this is the best ever ; very good choice mommy! For quality, price, and comfort it very good.

  Except for the place which was close to highway and 10 minutes drive to old city, the rest was perfect. We had a clean room, nice staff with reasonable price.

  The room was airy and extremely clean. Nice selection at breakfast. The staff was also very friendly. Free internet in the rooms.

  This is not a criticism of the hotel, but it's in a very industrial area right next to the highway which can get quite noisy. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking to stroll around the hotel, as there's not much in the way of shops, restaurants or architecture. That said, it's easy enough to get downtown by taxi or private vehicle.

  Excellent! This hotel is a gem! Rooms are superior in every way. Spacious immaculate rooms. Wonderful modern bath, excellent morning breakfast included in room price. Hotel desk staff is very helpful. We are a group of 8 "Mature" folks, in four rooms, who speak no French and we were perfectly comfortable in Quebec. Room costs are a real bargain! We will be back our next trip to Quebec!

  If I had to find anything wrong with the hotel it would be the location. It is a little ways to the Old City and is sited in front of and behind highways, but oddly enough you couldn't hear the traffic in the rooms. So its a non issue.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was very good as well and a welcome change from eating all of our meals out. It was a bit out of the city, however the 10 min drive or $17 cab to old Quebec wasn't too bad.

  Hotel is fabulous. The staff is very friendly. Small, nice and cozy hotel, not very far from Old city. Fresh apples on the table all the time.

  The cleaning service was not so good.

  The staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms were very comfortable, with very clean and modern bathrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Excellent value for money.
